Due to COVID-19, many packages are delayed.

Returns, Refunds and Cancelations

Returns, refunds, or cancelations are not accepted. If you have received your item damaged, please email a picture of your item within 24 hours of delivery, and we will offer a full refund or store credit. 

Shipping and Delivery Issues

 I do not have any control over your package delivery time. Once your package has left us, it is no longer our responsibility. I am not responsible if your package has been delivered to the wrong address. If I accidentally made a typo with your address, please contact me. 

Processing Time

Processing time for packages is 1-10 days.  If your package needs to arrive in a certain time frame, please leave a note with your order or send an email so we can figure it out!
